Ndifon Calista Ekiabo is a professional model and beauty queen, currently holding the title of Miss Enchante Empress Nigeria 2025. She originates from Old Ndebiji in the Akamkpa local government area of Cross River State. As a second-year student of Mass Communication at the esteemed University of Cross River State, Ndifon Calista is driven by her passion to create positive change. Her journey in the world of pageantry began as a platform to advocate for issues close to her heart, particularly focusing on education and women’s empowerment. Ndifon believes in the power of storytelling to inspire and motivate young girls to pursue their dreams, no matter the obstacles they face.

How does it feel being crowned Miss Enchante Empress Nigeria?
It feels great. It’s like a new era for me.
How did your journey in pageantry begin?
It began in church when I contested for MISS CYON; that was my first pageant ever before I entered the pageant world.
What would you say set you apart from others?
My boldness.
What challenges did you face during the pageant, and how did you overcome them?
I faced different problems like ticket sales, voting, and many more. I was really down. Those who were close to me showed concern, and I owe them a lot, especially one person who helped me in my dire moment.
What motivated you to compete for this pageant?
The outgoing Queen, Miss Enchante Empress Nigeria photogenic, Queen Yemi Ibiang.
What does winning this crown mean to you?
Winning this crown means everything to me! It represents a dream come true, a testament to hard work, and a symbol of the love and support I’ve received.

Not yet, still planning.
My dream has always been to be known and to be recognized as an important personality. And it’s happening now.
In pageantry, do you have a mentor? If yes, who and why?
I have two mentors. My dad, Mr. Douglas, and my manager, Berry. My dad is like my helper; whenever I have issues, he advises me and helps me solve them. And then my manager is my personal catwalk instructor and has helped me improve before my pageant.
What should your fans expect from you?
If they expect something from me, they might end up being disappointed, so I just want to inspire them. I want to show them results instead of telling them my plans.
If you were not a model, what other career would you have pursued?
Acting. Apart from pageantry, I love acting.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
I would be a lava girl because I want to see everyone in love and happy, and a lava girl can make that happen.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned in your journey as a model?
Believing in myself and in my dreams, and also working hard to get what I want.
What is your favorite thing about being a beauty queen?
My dream has always been to be known and to be recognized as an important personality. And it’s happening now.
Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
Following my dreams, I see myself on a bigger stage as a prominent personality and as an inspiration to young girls and guys like me.
What message do you have for young women aspiring to become pageant queens?
Just believe in yourself, follow your dreams, and make them work because you’re the only one who can make it happen. Forget about all the discouraging words from people and show them the potential in you.
