He is a graduate of Architecture from the University of Benin, where his foundation in design and structure shaped his approach to creativity as both form and meaning. In 2025, he emerged as Mister Edo earning the honor of representing Edo state at Misters of Nigeria. More than a titleholder, Abure views the platform as a responsibility, one that allows him to amplify purpose-driven conversation and champion meaningful change.

Congratulations on emerging Mister Edo 2026, how does this make you feel?
It feels incredibly humbling and rewarding. This title represents more than a win for me. It reflects years of discipline, self-belief, and purpose. I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Edo State and to use this platform to inspire and create impact.
How did your journey in pageantry begin?
My journey into pageantry started from a place of curiosity and growth. Modeling exposed me to confidence, presence, and storytelling, and pageantry felt like a natural extension of that. It is a space where character, purpose, and impact matter just as much as appearance.
What motivated you to compete for Misters of Edo?
I was motivated by the opportunity to represent Edo State on a larger stage while standing for something meaningful. I wanted to show that pageantry can be a platform for advocacy, creativity, and positive change, especially for young people.
What does holding this title mean to you?
Holding the title of Mister Edo is both an honor and a responsibility. It means being a voice for my state, representing its values, resilience, and creativity, and using the platform to uplift others beyond myself.
Now that you have been crowned, what is next for you?
The focus now is growth, preparation, and impact. I am working on strengthening my advocacy through Project Next Gen, expanding my personal brand, and preparing intentionally for the national stage at Misters of Nigeria.

In pageantry, do you have a mentor? If yes, who and why?
Yes. I am mentored by Alinonu Chibuzor, the current Mister Cosmo Nigeria, whose guidance, discipline, and experience have been instrumental in shaping my approach to pageantry. I have also been heavily influenced by Somto Nnoruga, the reigning winner of Misters of Nigeria, whose journey, work ethic, and understanding of the platform have provided valuable insight and inspiration as I prepare for the national stage.
You will representing Edo State at the Misters of Nigeria 2026, how do you feel about this?
I feel proud and ready. Representing Edo State on a national platform is a privilege, and I am committed to showing up with excellence, authenticity, and purpose.
How are you preparing for the upcoming Misters of Nigeria 2026?
Preparation has been holistic, physically, mentally, and intellectually. I am refining my walk, improving my communication skills, staying disciplined with fitness, and continuing to develop my advocacy so that I can represent Edo State with confidence and clarity.
What should the fans expect from you?
Fans can expect consistency, growth, and authenticity. I want them to see someone who is evolving, staying true to his values, and using the platform to inspire creativity, confidence, and positive action.
What is your vision for society, and what impact would you like to make?
My vision is a society where young people are empowered to believe in themselves and are given access to the tools they need to create, innovate, and thrive. Through education, creativity, and advocacy, I hope to contribute to a future where opportunity is not limited by background.
If you were not a model, what other career would you have pursued?
I would have fully pursued architecture. Design, structure, and problem-solving have always been a core part of who I am, and architecture allows creativity to meet purpose in a very tangible way.
