Jacob Mirin: Nigerian Model, Actor and Winner of the Model Look Africa S25

Jacob Mirin is a Nigerian model, actor, and winner of The Model Look Africa S25. After making the life-changing decision to fully pursue his dreams, starting without a formal background, he competed for The Model Look Africa S25 beating over 500 models to clinch this title marking his major breakthrough i to the fashion and creative industry.

In less than 6 months Jacob has worked with some of the biggest names in fashion including Cute- Saint, Jzo, Ilmono, Bamigugu and Eso by liman, graced the cover of popular magazines, and made his runway debut at Lagos Fashion Week. He recently announced his collaboration with Nigerian leading brand Garm Island.

Expanding beyond fashion, Jacob has steadily moved into film and media. He has appeared in consecutive commercials for Coca-Cola and is set to debut in his first YouTube film project DAY OF THE GAMES NIGHT where he played a lead character. He also hosts multiple shows on Rave TV, one of Nigeria’s leading media platforms, and was recently announced as co-host of the podcast The Models Talk by Model Look Africa.

Passionate about storytelling and representation, Jacob aims to build a versatile career across modeling, film, and broader media, using his platform to inspire young people to pursue their ambitions.
