Dr. Stephane Narcis is an international titleholder, a multi-award-winning academic, a peace advocate, and a wellness leader whose journey redefines the modern image of a Mister. Originally from Saint-Pierre, Réunion Island, a French overseas department in the Indian Ocean, Stéphane proudly represents ultramarine identity and African heritage on the global stage. Deeply rooted in Creole culture, he believes that embracing one’s origins is a source of strength, not limitation.
His pageant journey gained global recognition when he was crowned Mr. Globe Océan Indien 2025, representing the Indian Ocean region with pride. In December 2025, he was awarded Mr. Europe 2025 at Mr. Peace International, where he delivered a powerful message: true peace begins within oneself before it can transform the world. Most recently, he was crowned Mr. Perfect of the Year 2025, an international competition bringing together contestants from countries including France, Japan, Finland, and Portugal. For Stéphane, the title embodies his philosophy of being “perfectly imperfect” embracing authenticity, resilience, and inner alignment rather than chasing superficial perfection.

Beyond Beauty: Redefining the Modern Mister
For Stéphane, pageantry is not about appearance alone. Physical beauty evolves with time; character, integrity, and values endure.
He believes a modern Mister must be:
- An ambassador for education
- A voice against bullying and harassment
- A promoter of healthy body image and self-acceptance
- A peace advocate
- A role model grounded in authenticity
His advocacy pillars include:
Body Image & Self-Love: Encouraging individuals to love themselves before seeking validation from others.
Anti-Bullying Awareness: Standing firmly against harassment in schools and adult environments.
Peace & Global Civility: Certified Civility Trainer and World Citizen Alliance practitioner.
Respect for the Elderly & Cultural Memory: Inspired by his 99-year-old grandmother, who embodies resilience and Creole heritage.
He openly speaks about overcoming criticism, public judgment, and personal setbacks. During Mr Peace International, he faced negativity online yet chose authenticity over competition — proving that inner peace is stronger than public opinion.

As a secondary school teacher for the French Ministry of Education and an international professor, he demonstrates that intellectual depth and physical discipline are not opposites — they are complementary strengths.

Wellness, Communication & Global Influence

He is also a published life coach, contributing articles on resilience, emotional intelligence, personal growth, and leadership.
Earlier in his journey, he served as a French radio presenter in London, connecting communities through culture and storytelling, an experience that strengthened his communication skills and public presence.
A Message to the World
Dr Stéphane Narcis stands as proof that identity is not a limitation.
From Réunion Island to the international stage, he embodies a new model of masculinity, intellectual, compassionate, disciplined, and purpose-driven.
He believes we are not limited to one path in life.
We can be scholars and athletes.
Teachers and titleholders.
Imperfect AND yet powerful.
And above all, we can choose to lead with peace.
